Hello... [Anthropic].

A personal application for sales and product roles.
Built with Claude. About me, built from my conversations with AI.

The Data

Built from 681 real conversations.

Jack exported a complete archive of his AI chat history, every message from August 2023 onward. No curation, no cherry-picking. The full export.

Claude analyzed all 14,077 messages across 681 conversations to identify patterns in how Jack thinks, communicates, builds, sells, and makes decisions. Every insight on this page is derived from behavioral data, not self-assessment.

A multi-year behavioral log of someone who sells AI to enterprise accounts by day and ships it himself the rest of the time, handed to Claude, the same model he would help customers adopt and product teams build with.

Why it matters at Anthropic

Not just who I am. Why it fits.

His Own Customer, Turned Builder

Has gone through the Claude adoption journey himself, repeatedly. Not reading case studies, living them: evaluation, integration, production, expansion.

The strongest person in a sales or product seat has already walked the path the customer is on. He has, across ten-plus products shipped on Claude. In sales that means he can sell what he has actually built. In product it means he scopes from lived constraints, not slideware.

Every product in the portfolio below started with 'can Claude do this?' and ended with production code. The adoption arc in miniature.

Technical Credibility

Builds live rather than pitching from slides. A daily Claude API and Claude Code user, with ten-plus products shipped end to end.

When a founder or CTO asks how Claude handles streaming, multi-agent orchestration, or API cost, he has already shipped it. That earns trust in a sales call, and it is the same instinct a PM needs to tell what is real from what is a demo.

Full-stack web on TypeScript, React, Node, and Python, native SwiftUI on iOS, Stripe billing, and autonomous agents. All running Claude at the core.

Founder Native

Selling online since 2015, building products since. The operating system, not a career phase.

He thinks like the founders and teams Anthropic sells to and builds for, because he is one. Same urgency, same constraints, same language. 'What does this API call cost us?' is a question he asks about his own products.

Runs several live ventures while selling full-time, including Motor City Organics, a six-figure DTC brand. The builder mentality is default, not aspirational.

Consultative, Problem-First

Sells digital and AI solutions to enterprise key accounts at Perficient (an Anthropic customer), and has shipped ten-plus of his own products end to end.

He knows how large accounts evaluate and adopt AI because he does it for a living: executive discovery, pipeline, turning capability into business outcomes. And he knows what it takes to build the thing because he has built it. In either seat the first question is the same: what are you actually trying to do?

Carries a book of enterprise accounts in retail and energy from discovery to implementation. His own products go from 'can Claude do this?' to live. Both start by diagnosing the real problem before proposing anything.

Use Case Hunter

Builds Claude applications across many verticals: wellness, gaming, trading, commerce, marketing, music, marketplaces.

Covering a book of accounts and owning a roadmap both reward seeing the use case the customer has not thought of yet. Every vertical he has built in is a real opener: here is how a wellness app uses Claude, what is your version?

Within single weeks, moves between creator platforms, binaural-audio engines, trading tools, and marketplaces. All Claude-powered, all different integration patterns.

Ships and Grows

Understands unit economics and API cost from the builder's side. Not theoretical, lived.

He has lived the start-small-then-go-bigger arc with Claude himself: a simple chat feature, then a full conversational builder, then a creator platform. That is the land-and-expand story sales wants to tell and the roadmap product wants to ship.

Optimizes API spend across the portfolio, ships continuously, and judges every feature by whether a real person came back to use it.

The summary

An enterprise seller at Perficient (an Anthropic customer) who is also a solo builder shipping a portfolio of products out of Detroit. The rare person who sells AI to large accounts by day and ships it himself the rest of the time.

Core strength: seeing the whole system, the commercial conversation and the build, then connecting them so the pitch matches what the product can actually do.

Communicates fast, direct, and intentionally. Values clarity over formality and authenticity over polish. Decides among options and states the pick rather than enumerating every alternative.

Holds a blunt quality bar and is adversarial with claims and data. If something looks off, it stays unacceptable until proven correct. Shows the work visually, then ships it whole.

A daily Claude API and Claude Code builder. AI is the execution layer across the portfolio, not an experiment bolted on.

9 Dimensions

  • Learns tools by jumping in and iterating live. Planning and execution happen simultaneously, not sequentially.
  • Generates ideas fast and kills the bad ones faster. Doesn't get attached to concepts that aren't worth building.
  • Thinks spatially and visually. Communicates through screenshots and dashboards rather than written briefs. Shows the work, then tells.
  • Frames products as ecosystems, not isolated features. Repeatedly connects adjacent products into platforms and finds the leverage points between them.
  • Moves between high-level vision and granular execution detail (font sizes, UX flows, API cost) without losing either.
  • Stack spans TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and Stripe billing, plus native SwiftUI on iOS. Ten-plus production products shipped end to end on Claude.
  • Practical depth in prompt design, agent design, streaming, multi-agent orchestration, and API cost modeling. The hands-on reality of what the model can and cannot do, not slideware.
  • Builds production system prompts for specialized agents: role-based prompting, constraint specification, tone calibration, and disclosure rules.
  • Bridges product requirements to engineering decisions: API cost modeling, OAuth flows, Stripe subscriptions, database architecture. Questions a tool or path that seems wrong rather than accepting it by default.
  • Daily Claude Code user, expanding technical depth continuously. Full-stack apps, deployment automation, and infrastructure run alongside the selling.
  • Most messages are concise and action-oriented: 'do it all,' 'simplify it,' 'good. whats next.' Values signal density over word count.
  • Feedback centers on feel and user perception: 'less sellsy,' 'chill and hip,' 'that's cheesy and seems fake.' Evaluates output the way real users and real buyers do.
  • Consistently rejects AI-sounding copy. Has a finely tuned filter for what reads as authentic versus generated.
  • Commands outnumber questions 3:1. Knows what he wants and communicates it directly. Low ambiguity, high throughput.
  • Codeswitches by audience. Warm and casual with people he cares about, terse and decisive with collaborators, consultative with enterprise buyers. Understands that voice is product.
  • Decides quickly among options and states the choice plainly rather than enumerating every alternative. Course-corrects in real time.
  • Rarely asks 'what should I do?' Arrives with a direction already in mind. Uses data for validation and refinement, not initial guidance.
  • Economically grounded. Evaluates opportunities through unit economics, margin, and API cost before committing. Has run a six-figure DTC brand on those numbers.
  • Arbitrates priorities explicitly when they compete: recurring-revenue work beats one-off distraction, verified-and-shipped beats planned-and-pending.
  • When a direction isn't working, pivots decisively rather than over-investing. Treats sunk cost as a signal, not a commitment.
  • Thinks about trajectory, not individual tasks. Optimizes for a portfolio of interconnected products, not a single launch.
  • Solo builder identity, stated plainly: no agency, no team, no offshore queue. You email him, he ships it. Owns the codebase end to end.
  • Sees automation as the correct way to operate, not just a time-saver. Builds the pipelines and agents that do the repeatable work.
  • Strong distribution instinct. Evaluates products through 'will this reach people?' Understands that building and reaching are different skills, which is also the seller's job.
  • Customer experience genuinely matters. Adds personal touches to outbound despite running several brands at once.
  • Selling online since 2015, building products since. This isn't a phase or a pivot, it's the only way he's ever worked.
  • Openly identifies when he's getting pulled in too many directions. That self-awareness increases over the span of the log.
  • Early on, breadth-first exploration. More recently, focused execution on a smaller set of flagship products: AI Anyone, The Binaural, BoardSnap, Holdable.
  • Strong taste with an evolving vocabulary for expressing it. Feedback has shifted from pure negation ('not that') to constructive direction ('more like this').
  • Built systems to compensate for natural tendencies: automated pipelines, structured agent prompts, and repeatable deployment workflows that enforce consistency.
  • The growth arc is clear: from scattered experimentation to systematic building. The ambition stayed, the execution matured.
  • Created and published a full album ('On a Comedown') to Spotify and Apple Music under 'DotcomJack.' Iterates obsessively on production, mixing, and lyrics.
  • Gaming is the decompression zone: Arc Raiders, Madden, Call of Duty. MUT Demon was born from genuine hobby interest turning into a product.
  • Deep engagement with options trading: strike selection, backtesting strategies, portfolio management. Not casual interest. Genuine financial literacy.
  • Constantly scanning the AI tool landscape: Sora, ElevenLabs, Kling, Character AI, CapCut, Replicate. Evaluates every new tool for product potential.
  • The conversation data shows unprompted questions across biology, chemistry, nature, history, and random phenomena. Curious about everything, not just what's useful.
  • Works in intense bursts of rapid-fire iteration. Compresses what would be days of work into single focused sessions.
  • Ships whole things in one turn rather than stopping at a plan or a partial. Puts the finished, verified result in front of you, not a status update.
  • Jumps between enterprise selling, feature development, content, and infrastructure within the same day without losing the thread.
  • Builds strong delegation frameworks: detailed agent prompts, structured briefs, clear success criteria. Knows how to hand off work and how to verify it came back right.
  • When something breaks, regroups quickly and takes a different angle. Doesn't dwell on what went wrong.
  • Recovers from setbacks quickly. Frustration converts into action, not stalling. 'Moving on' and 'try again' are the most common post-failure messages.
  • Most engaged when a new idea clicks. Goes from excited to shipped before the excitement fades.
  • Competitive and benchmark-aware. Studies what the best are doing, then uses it as a reference point, not a ceiling.

Evolution

Operator

2015 - 2023

Selling digital products online since 2015. Dozens of ventures launched, most teaching the next one something it needed. Built Motor City Organics into a six-figure DTC skincare brand across Amazon and direct, and co-founded Easy Loot, a trader community that scaled to six-figure AUM. Practitioner-level e-commerce, email, and conversion knowledge, all self-taught.

Seller and Builder

2023 - Early 2026

Joined Perficient (an Anthropic customer) selling digital and AI solutions to enterprise key accounts in retail and energy: executive discovery, pipeline, and translating technical capability into business outcomes. In parallel, launched AI Anyone, one of the first AI character-chat Chrome extensions, and scaled it past 10,000 users.

Claude Native

2026 - present

Rebuilt AI Anyone on Claude as a creator platform and shipped 10-plus products end to end as a daily Claude API and Claude Code builder. Sells AI to large accounts by day, ships it himself the rest of the time. The seller who is also his own customer.

Built on Claude. All of it.

Every product below is a Claude adoption story I lived through. Evaluate. Integrate. Ship. Expand. This is the journey I'd help 50 startups navigate.
