Small tools, built for my own work.
Each of these started as something I needed while running my own products, then got cleaned up enough to hand to someone else. All MIT. No signup, no upsell, nothing to buy. Clone them, read them, take whatever is useful.
Know which Claude Code session needs you. Tints each terminal window by project and brightens the one that finished while you were looking somewhere else. Also carries a UserPromptSubmit hook that runs a command from the input box without invoking the model, which works in any terminal on any OS.

A macOS menu bar app that puts the clock away when you go on Do Not Disturb. Turn a Focus on from your iPhone and this Mac's menu bar follows, because Nocturne is a Focus filter and Focus syncs across your devices. It costs no permission at all. Underneath, the clock is the one menu bar item macOS gives no hide toggle, and every defaults trick for hiding it is dead on current macOS, so Nocturne makes it unreadable instead of hidden, or blanks every other icon and leaves the clock. The README carries the measurements, including the two obvious ways to read Focus state that both turn out to be wrong.
